At the Seniors Review Meeting the Keith Gregson Trophy ,Seniors Knockout 2022 was presented to Gary Denman and Don Milligan by Martin Lupton Seniors Organiser.

Some 101 players played in this years Spring Trophy where Matthew Jones scored 41pts (12 pars and 6 bogeys) was the winner.
It was tight for 2nd place with 3 players on 38pts
After a card playoff Dave Marsh was 2nd with Ken Warrington 3rd and Jim Caffrey 4th.

The Seniors 9 hole Winter Competition for the Freda Newlove Trophy (best 4 from 6) was won by Lady Captain, Sue Keefe with 82 points
Runner Up Colin Mitchell 75 points. Third place Tim Handford 74 points
This years prize was a Champagne Afternoon Tea for 2 in Cloud 23 of The Beetham Tower Sky Bar
Congratulations Lady Captain also of being the first Lady to win this competition

There was a change in format for the Wood Seddon (best 2 from 4 rounds).
The winner was Niall Holohan with 84 pts, back in second place with 79 pts was Phil Dempsey who beat John Walker on a card play off.
Well done Niall on winning your first board prize.

Keeping his nerve and parring the last 4 holes Martin Hardman(15) returned a score of a Nett 66 to win the Autumn Trophy
In second place was Peter Joyce(18) two shot behind with Nett 68

Congratulations to Honorary Life Member Cyril Hill who won this years Past President's with a score of 42 points.
At the tender age age of 87, Cyril must be the oldest board prize winner in the clubs history.
